As a regional business in the food industry, I would like to invite you to a launch event that has great relevance for our industry. The University of Newcastle Central Coast has recently invested a million dollars into the refurbishment of their Food Science and Nutrition kitchen and lab facilities. This was a long overdue investment as the facilities were over 20 years old. The University would like to meet with industry to not only showcase these new facilities, but to talk about the Uni’s capacity so support industry through research, and more importantly, how they are growing the next wave of food science and nutrition students that will one day work within the region’s amazing food industry, or indeed start a new venture to compliment the sector.

This event is an 8:30am for a 9am start, and is set to finish just prior to 10am. – 11th March
